Are tickets refundable?

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Will I be able to enter the event anytime?

Absolutely! You can enter and exit the event at your leisure as long as it’s during event hours (see schedule).

Meeting investors?

There will be hundreds of investors at the event — many who’d love to meet you. You’ve just got to find them, so turn on your networking game! Approach it with the intention of making friends first (before pitching hard). We find it works better. There will be opportunities in the live chat and networking rooms to talk to other attendees.

What is the Startup Summit?

Startup Summit is an intensive half-day bootcamp for Pre-Seed, Seed & Series A startups. It includes roundtables & workshops on fundraising, sales & marketing, product, leadership & team/culture, as well as top-tier networking, investor matchmaking & an invite-only demo day event.

Is the event accessible for hearing/visually impared?

We’d like to make the event accessible to as many people as possible. Get in touch with us and let us know what would be helpful and we’ll try to make it happen.

Will there be a conference app?

No, there will be no conference app this year. We figured one screen was enough. 🙂

Will there be recordings of the sessions?

Yes! As long as you have a ticket to the conference, you’ll have access to recordings of the sessions.

Do you have a code of conduct?

We do! Have a look here. We expect every attendee to follow the code of conduct and will otherwise be removed from the event.
