Tickets are non-refundable, however, tickets can be transferred without additional charge before April 1st, 2023. Any ticket transfer after April 1st, 2023 will incur a service charge of $50.

The Startup Exhibition is our annual showcase of top startups from around the world. Exhibitors get a dedicated exhibition booth at the conference, exclusive opportunities to pitch, get exposure, meet with investors and potential partners, and more.

To ensure each exhibiting startup benefits fully from the package, we only accept a limited number of startups each year.

All you need to do is apply, after which our team will review your application and get back with a decision in a couple of days. You will also have the opportunity to connect with someone from our team if you have any questions (if accepted).

If accepted, the fee to exhibit at Global Conference is $1499.

To ensure that we are able to deliver real value to every startup that is attending, we accept less than 10% of applications to exhibit at the conference (about 100 spots available). However, we still need to cover the costs of hosting such a big conference and deliver all the benefits mentioned above. As such, we are not currently able to offer any scholarships or discounts. If accepted during our vetting process, we do offer a deposit payment option if needed. Please contact the SG representative you are in touch with for further details.

Yes, all exhibitors will have a dedicated pitch slot during the conference (the pitch will be part of the main conference agenda and happen in the startup tent).

San Francisco (SFO), Oakland (OAK) and San Jose (SJC) – closest to furthest. Each airport offers different public transportation options. We usually find the cheapest tickets via Google Flights.

No. There is no parking available at the venue. We recommend using ride apps or public transportation.

Redwood City Caltrain station on the Caltrain line is the most convenient way to travel and the closest to the conference. You may also use the ride sharing service, such as Uber or Lyftto the following address: 2227 Broadway st. Redwood City, CA 94063.

Additionally, you will find parking at the Jefferson Avenue Garage (located under Cinemark Movie Theater): 850 Middlefield Rd, Redwood City, CA 94063.

Absolutely! You can enter and exit the event at your leisure as long as you are wearing your Startup Grind wristband, which acts as your ticket after registration.

There will be hundreds of investors in the audience — many who’d love to meet you. You’ve just got to find them, so turn on your networking game! Approach it with the intention of making friends first (before pitching hard), we find it works better.

We appreciate your enthusiasm, but we ask our guests to stick to business cards at most. Other solicitation will not be permitted on-site.

Whatever makes you comfortable! Typically attendees are casual to business-casual. Consider the types of people you’ll be meeting – it’s always positive to make a good first impression.
